Communications Committee
The committee replaced the Communications Task Group. The committee convenes for monthly conference calls and develops communication products and strategies to promote the work of the HPV Roundtable and its member organizations.
Evaluation Committee
This committee will review research tools (e.g. survey questions, interview guide) to be used in measuring and understanding HPV Roundtable member collaboration on HPV vaccination activities. Experience in evaluation is required for committee members.
National Meeting Planning Committee
This committee will provide feedback to the HPV Roundtable staff team, Chair, and meeting facilitator on meeting objectives, agenda topics, speakers, and other issues related to the national meeting. This committee will play more of an advisory role by providing feedback rather than executing meeting planning activities as the HPV Roundtable staff, Chair, and facilitator will handle most of the meeting execution. Attendance at one of more past HPV Roundtable national meetings is required for committee members.
Nominating Committee
This committee develops a slate of candidates for the HPV Roundtable Steering Committee. The slate will be forwarded to the HPV Roundtable membership at least 30 days before the next national meeting to be voted on at the national meetings. HPV Roundtable Steering Committee members serve a term of two years, renewable for a second two-year term.
Public Health Campaign Advisory Committee
This committee will advise the public rollout of the American Cancer Society’s HPV vaccination campaign.
Website Advisory Committee
This committee was convened to provide feedback to the contractor during development of the HPV Roundtable website and will provide guidance and advice as needed.
