Are you looking for a speaker for your event?

Our member organizations may be able to help.   The HPV Speakers Bureau is both a registry and a referral resource to organizations offering speakers on a variety of HPV topics.  Listed organizations may include survivor groups, health professional groups, cancer centers, medical associations, and others.  The HPV Roundtable has partnered with MD Anderson Cancer Center to provide this service.
How do I find a speaker?

Please complete a Speaker Request Inquiry which will connect you to the HPV Speaker database.  This will go live in March 2018.

What types of speakers are available?

Speakers are affiliated with member organizations.  They represent a wide variety of backgrounds and expertise including survivors, physicians, surgeons, gynecologists, and scientists, among others.

How will I receive a list of suggested speakers?

After submitting your request, you will be contacted within 7 business days.  You will receive up to 3 recommended organizations to contact via email.  We will also contact you if additional clarifying information is needed to best meet your request.

Will you help schedule the speakers?

No.  This is a referral service to organizations which offer speakers.  These organizations manage and schedule their own speakers.  You will need to contact the recommended organizations.

How many options will be provided?

The service will suggest up to three organizations to meet your needs.

Is there a cost?

There is no cost for the referral service.  Many organizations offer speakers at little to no cost.  Some may require travel assistance or honorariums.

May I list my organization?

We offer the database as a public service and a benefit to member organizations.  If your organization offers speaker services around HPV, HPV vaccination, HPV cancer treatment, or other related topics, please email us your interest.
